How long does a new office network installation take?
A typical small or mid-sized office is surveyed, designed and installed within one to three weeks, depending on cabling work and equipment lead times. We plan installs out of hours where needed to avoid disruption.
Can you connect our offices in different Emirates or countries?
Yes. We set up encrypted site-to-site VPNs between offices in the UAE and abroad, so staff can reach shared files, phones and systems as if they were in one building.
Do we need a business-grade firewall?
If you hold client data, take payments or have staff working remotely, yes. A business firewall blocks attacks, filters harmful websites and gives secure remote access, which consumer routers cannot do reliably.
Can you add a backup internet line?
Yes. We add a second fixed line or a 4G/5G connection with automatic failover, so calls, cloud apps and payments keep working if your main line fails.
