What is the difference between remote hands and smart hands?
Remote hands usually covers simple tasks such as power cycles, reseating cables and reading status lights. Smart hands covers more skilled work, such as installs, hardware replacements, configuration and troubleshooting. We provide both.
Which data centres do you work in?
Our engineers have worked in Equinix in Dubai and can attend other UAE data centres. Access is arranged through your account with the facility, and our engineers complete any site inductions required.
Can you work under our brand and procedures?
Yes. We follow your method of procedure, ticketing and change control, and can work as a white-label partner representing your company on site.
How quickly can an engineer attend?
Planned work is scheduled around your change windows. Urgent call-outs are attended as quickly as possible, and agreed response times are set out in your service agreement.
Can you receive equipment and return failed parts?
Yes. We can take delivery of equipment and spares for your jobs, check them against your paperwork and arrange the return of failed parts to the vendor, with tracking sent to your team.
