Can you automate an existing villa, or only new builds?
Both. New builds and major renovations allow fully wired systems, while existing villas can use wireless switches, plugs and controllers with very little disruption. We recommend the best mix after a site visit.
Do I need a separate app for every device?
No. We choose systems that work together and bring them into one app, so lighting, climate, blinds, AV and security are controlled from one place, with voice control if you want it.
Will my smart home stop working if the internet goes down?
The core of the system runs locally, so lights, switches and scenes keep working without internet. Remote access from outside the home and some voice assistants do need a connection.
Is a smart home secure?
It is when it is set up properly. We put smart devices on their own network, change default passwords, keep firmware updated and use secure remote access, so one weak gadget cannot expose the rest of your home.
Can you support the system after installation?
Yes. Our support plans cover updates, remote fixes, adding new rooms or devices, and on-site visits when needed.
How long does a smart home installation take?
A few rooms of retrofit automation can often be done in days. A full villa is usually planned alongside the build or renovation and installed over a few weeks. You get a clear timeline with the quote.
